This is all done in real time, with technicians using their tablet to login when arriving on site and logout when complete. They enter the job notes at the same time, which can then be emailed to the building manager.

All major works will first be quoted for approval.

All work done is covered by a 12 month warranty including any Talbot parts installed like new sensors, track wheels, controllers etc.

The cloud based system keeps a record of all works done on your site and our technicians provide a asset number to every door worked on for easy identification in the future.
